Für mich bezieht sich Cowleys Satz auf diese Passage:

und hier

Das sind für mich alles Zeichen dafür, dass er sich in seiner Vergangenheit schon gestreubt hat, diese eine Regel zu brechen. Nämlich die, sich in einen Mann zu verlieben und dazu zu stehen. Ich glaue nicht, dass damit Bodie gemeint ist.
